To qualify for a Groove Fund Scholarship an applicant must be a high school senior. or high school graduate and meet the following requirements:

• will graduate by June 30th of the calendar year 2024
• has a minimum B grade point average; and
• has committed to attend a 4-year College or University during the Fall semester of the current calendar year, or
• A current undergraduate student planning to attend or currently enrolled at a 2 or 4-year college or university with a 3.00 grade average on a 4.00 scale.

No, for 2024, the scholarship committee has agreed to consider only undergraduate candidate programs.

The amount of scholarship awards can vary from $500 to $1,000 per award dependent upon the availability of funds.  Applicants who have received awards in a prior period are eligible to re-apply in subsequent award periods.  All funds are disbursed to the college or university in the name of the scholarship awardee.
